The Royal Alberta College has followed the requirements to become a designated Institution for Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada’s (IIRC) International Student Program (ISP) set forth by the Alberta Governments Ministry of Advanced Education (AE) as a Private Vocational Training Institution (PVT).
