L&#039;\u00e9cole a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce aux conseils, au soutien et au leadership de professionnels de diverses professions, notamment des survivants des pensionnats et ceux qui repr\u00e9sentent des groupes marginalis\u00e9s. Le RAC propose des programmes dipl\u00f4mants accr\u00e9dit\u00e9s, des certificats de courte dur\u00e9e et des formations professionnelles et pratiques.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5f880f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f5f880f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le mandat du minist\u00e8re de l&#039;\u00c9quit\u00e9, de la diversit\u00e9 et de l&#039;inclusion du RAC est de permettre une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte, \u00e9galitaire et libre. L\u2019EDI se concentrera sur les aspects qui entravent la progression vers une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 juste pour tous les Canadiens. Le RAC, en collaboration avec des partenaires, cr\u00e9era et mettra en \u0153uvre des solutions pour le plus grand bien de tous les Canadiens.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1431cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b1431cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le mandat du RAC est de cr\u00e9er des parcours d&#039;\u00e9ducation et de formation qui permettent de progresser vers la r\u00e9conciliation en permettant un acc\u00e8s \u00e9gal \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation abordable, accessible et de haute qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 toute personne qui souhaite apprendre.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92d7407 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"92d7407\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le processus d&#039;\u00e9ducation habilitante a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce au groupe central de professionnels hautement qualifi\u00e9s du RAC qui offrent leur expertise pour cr\u00e9er des programmes en collaboration avec les leaders de l&#039;industrie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-33b0273 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"33b0273\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le RAC et les intervenants de l&#039;industrie collaborent pour cr\u00e9er des solutions gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9ducation, au mentorat, \u00e0 la formation professionnelle et \u00e0 l&#039;orientation dans un environnement non conflictuel, culturellement sensible, inclusif et solidaire.
