Ces comit\u00e9s ont fourni leur expertise, identifi\u00e9 les lacunes au sein de divers secteurs et collabor\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er une solution permettant de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de leurs secteurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la prestation d&#039;\u00e9ducation, de mentorat, de formation professionnelle et d&#039;orientation dans un environnement non conflictuel, culturellement sensible, inclusif et solidaire. Ces programmes sont id\u00e9aux pour les apprenants qui sont souvent press\u00e9s par le temps, jonglant avec de multiples responsabilit\u00e9s et sensibles au \u00ab temps perdu \u00bb. La formation dispens\u00e9e doit apporter un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice imm\u00e9diat \u00e0 l&#039;apprenant et \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00e2che pour laquelle elle est
